Before we focus on this year's Saratoga Race Season, Toga Tout is going to handicap the Triple Crown and the races leading up to the first Saturday in May.

During the 2010 and 2011 Saratoga Thoroughbred Race Meets,we gave out the winner 70.2% of the time with 92% of our picks being in the money.
